COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)
The way we think and behave can have a profound impact on our emotions and our bodies. Jude helps clients to break any unhelpful psychological patterns that may be negatively impacting on their wellbeing.
She is a specialist in helping people with chronic health issues to adjust, improve and cope better. Jude is also able to help with more general emotional difficulties such as stress, anxiety and low mood.
Jude provides different forms of CBT depending on the needs of the client. This includes traditional CBT as well as newer models such as Metacognitive Therapy, Mindfulness-based CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
